• Seven days after receipt of the invoice, the total amount or at least a down payment of € 200, - on the account specified by the organizer
• Any remaining payment must be made by the end of the registration period on 7^th May 2019
• If the final payment does not reach the account after setting a reasonable grace period, the participant will be deregistered. The deposit paid expires.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation until Deadline 7^th May 2019 - 100% refund (Any amounts will be fully refunded, processing fee € 40,-)
• Cancellation 8th to 24^th May 2019 - 50% refund (amounts paid back to 50%)
• Cancellation after the 24^th of May 2019 - 0% refund (paid amounts are not refunded)

Events

• Registration Deadline 7^th May 2019: By that date, all registrations must have been received by the organizer and all payments must have been received in the above account. So there is a start guarantee.
• Late entries are possible until 24^th May 2019 on request only with payment of the total amount. If the payment is received by 24^th May, there is also a start guarantee.
• Registrations after the closing date are possible on request until shortly before the event. Participation is not guaranteed.
